CLIMB ON

This is my friend Eric Wolf (climbing) and David DeMart - belaying. We are in Red Rock Canyon. This Las Vegas's Best kept secret [great now it is on the internet and everyone is going to go]. Red Rock has over 800 document climbs in it; and tons of great hikes. This picture is on the Magic Bus wall, right off of the main loop (so all of the tourists can see us). It is rated as an easy climb (5.8) - but it in the sun, which is good in the winter, but bad in the summer.

Im not in this Photo because I had to take it. I soloed it up the climb next to take it. A little dangerous (and stupid) but I think it is worth the shot. Although the picture dose not do it justice to the over all beauty of the park.

If you are going climbing in the summer you need to hit the corridor. It has shading most of the day. But it still can get extremely hot, so bring allot of H2O.

I am planning on expanding it to include a lot of the different climbs.
